Our Agreements

In the spirit of fair trade

FairNIST Minimum Price for cherry - 22 thb/kg but subject to increase (the Market Price has been 16-20 thb/kg meaning we are paying 10-35% higher than market price depending on the season
15% of FairNIST proceeds go back to farmer training (K. Wan/ K. Prio/ K. Bird) and farm development
10% of FairNIST proceeds go towards a community fund (to be directed collectively by farmers and FairNIST)
All cherry to be bought from K. Ardong and K. Dao
As the coffee quality improves, we will increase the quantity and price of processed coffee bought from Dao and Ardong.
